Recipe Summary Honey Cranberry Oat Bread
This is hearty, almost chewy cranberry bread. You can substitute cranberry sauce for the whole cranberries if you desire.
Ingredients | Honey Bunches Of Oats Cereal Flavors2 ½ cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup quick cooking oats¾ cup honey⅓ cup vegetable oil2 eggs½ cup milk2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries1 cup chopped walnutsDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8x4 inch loaf pans.In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and oats.In a large bowl, mix together honey, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk. Mix in flour mixture until just moistened. Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
